Abandoned Swim Float

The BLCC Board of Directors has declared this swim float, which was grounded in reeds on the South end of the lake for several years and has now drifted to West Beach,(where it can be inspected) as abandoned. Any Club Member in good standing (dues and assessment paid fully) interested in entering your name in a lottery to assume ownership, please reply to Ken Willette kennethrwillette@gmail.com, 617-750-0111 by 9:00 AM September 18th. Swim float must be removed from West Beach no later than seven days after being notified. Float will be transferred in an "as is" condition, with no warranties or guarantee of condition made by BLCC.


Abandoned Rowboat Lottery

The BLCC Board of Directors has declared two rowboats on East Beach as abandoned after they were advertised to the Community and no one claimed ownership. Any Club Member in good standing (dues and assessment paid fully) interested in either rowboat can enter their name in a lottery, to be drawn on September 18th. Lottery winners will be required to pay $50 to BLCC and remove/sticker the boat with BLCC 2020 stickers, no later than seven days after accepting the boat. 

Members can submit their name for the lottery at Abandoned Rowboat Lottery . All entries must be received by 9:00 AM  on September 18th.

All items are sold as is, BLCC makes no warranty or guarantee about their condition. Boats can be inspected at East Beach.
